摘要
目的:了解南京市江宁区城乡居民医保糖尿病免费服药政策实施效果,为下一步开展糖尿病防控工作提供科学依据。方法:于2020年1—3月对全区所有参加免费服药的2型糖尿病患者进行统一体检,体检项目包括体格检查、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖、血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、血脂、心电图、B超和胸透。结果:江宁区2型糖尿病患者HbA1c均值为(6.9±1.2)%,控制达标率为61.5%。多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、BMI、腰围、血压、血脂和肾功能是HbA1c控制的独立影响因素。结论:江宁区2型糖尿病患者HbA1c控制率相对较好,但需要加强体重、血压、血脂和肾功能的监测,减少和降低糖尿病并发症的发生。
OBJECTIVE To understand the implementation effect of the policy of free medication for residents with medical insurance for diabetes,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of diabetes in the next step.METHODS From January to March 2020,a unified physical examination is conducted for all patients with type 2 diabetes taking free medicine in the whole region.Physical examination items include physical examination,HbA1 c,fasting blood glucose,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,blood fat,electrocardiogram,B-ultrasound,chest X-ray.RESULTS The mean HbA1 c of type 2 diabetic patients in Jiangning district is(6.9±1.2)%,and the control rate was 61.5%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis results show that gender,BMI,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood lipid and renal function are independent influencing factors of HbA1 c control(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The control rate of HbA1 c in patients with type 2 diabetes in Jiangning district is relatively good,but it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of body weight,blood pressure,blood lipid and renal function to reduce the occurrence of diabetic complications.
