摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,地质文献管理从简单的手工管理进化到信息化管理。通过信息系统,不仅可以及时、正确地收集、加工、存储、传递和提供文献信息,还减少了文献管理员的工作量和整理时间。论文首先介绍了开发地质文献管理系统的背景,其次进行了系统的可行性分析和系统分析,然后进行系统设计,将系统分为用户模块和管理员模块,用户模块主要包括文献查询和添加批注的功能,管理员模块主要包括用户管理、文献查询、文献管理和删除批注的功能,最后实施系统。
With the development of information technology,geological document management has evolved from simple manual management to information management.Through the information system,we can not only collect,process,store,transmit and provide the document information timely and correctly,but also reduce the workload and time of the document administrator.In this paper,the author firstly introduces the background of the development of geological document management system.Secondly,the feasibility analysis and system analysis of the system are carried out,and then the system is designed.The system is divided into user module and administrator module,the user module mainly includes the functions of document query and adding annotation,while the administrator module mainly includes the functions of user management,document query,document management and deleting annotation.Finally,the system is implemented.
