摘要
为检验克孜河渡槽承载能力储备情况,通过现场充水试验模拟渡槽在实际运行阶段的工作状态,揭示在各级水荷载作用下渡槽的挠度和应变变化规律,完善渡槽承载能力的评价指标,按照预期的方案对渡槽试验段展开充水试验,根据监测结果对结构进行安全评价。结果表明,第7跨跨中各梁实测总挠度均小于规范要求;第7、8两跨跨中各梁实测应变随荷载的增大而增大,实测残余应变归零情况正常,应变规律符合理论预期且相对残余应变均小于20%,满足规程要求;根据克孜河渡槽有限元计算结果,参考第8跨跨中中梁理论最大应力增量为1.37MPa,现场实测最大应力增量为1.22MPa,实测最大应力增量仍未超过理论最大应力增量,且应变计算结果与实测应变结果相一致,说明槽身结构在各工况下无较大的不可恢复变形且处于弹性工作阶段;试验段中梁、边梁跨中位置结构校验系数分别为0.89、0.79,满足规程要求,试验结果合理有效。
In order to test the bearing capacity reserve of the aqueduct on Kizihe River,the working state of the aqueduct in the actual operation stage is simulated through the field water filling test,and the deflection and strain change law of the aqueduct under the action of water load at all levels are revealed.And the evaluation index of the bearing capacity of the aqueduct is improved.Then the water filling test is carried out for the aqueduct test section according to the expected scheme,and the safety evaluation of the structure is carried out according to the monitoring results.The results show that the measured total deflection of each beam in the seventh span is less than the specification requirements;The measured strain of each beam in the seventh and eighth spans increases with the increase of load,and the measured residual strain returns to zero normally,the strain law meets the theoretical expectation and the relative residual strain is less than 20%,which meets the specification requirements;According to the finite element calculation results of Kizihe river aqueduct,referring to the eighth span,the theoretical maximum stress increment of the middle beam is 1.37 MPa,and the field measured maximum stress increment is 1.22 MPa.The measured maximum stress increment still does not exceed the theoretical maximum stress increment,and the strain calculation results are consistent with the measured results,which indicates that the groove body structure has no large irrecoverable deformation under various working conditions and is in the elastic working stage.In the test section,the structural check coefficients of middle beam and side beam at midspan are 0.89 and 0.79,which meet the specification requirements,and the test results are reasonable and effective.
