计及需求侧响应的含PET交直流混合系统日前优化调度 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,基于清洁能源的分布式发电技术不断发展,风、光为代表的各类分布式电源在配电网的集成水平日渐提升,电力电子变压器由于其强大的端口功率调控特性可实现交流和直流分布式能源的"即插即用"。本文建立了计及损耗的电力电子变压器优化调度模型,并综合考虑需求侧可控负荷的响应能力,以运行经济性最优为目标,建立了含电力电子变压器的交直流混合系统日前优化调度模型,可生成含分布式电源、电储能系统、需求侧可控负荷的日前经济优化调度方案,基于电力电子变压器的灵活调控能力实现交直流混合系统中"源-荷-储"协调运行,显著提高了系统运行灵活性与经济性。 In recent years,along with the continuous development of distributed generation(DG)technology based on clean energy,the integration level of various types of DGs represented by wind and light has been increasing in distribu⁃tion network.Power electronic transformers(PETs)can achieve“plug and play”for AC and DC distributed energy sources owing to their powerful port power regulation characteristics.In this paper,an optimal scheduling model with PET is established,which takes loss into account.In addition,the response capability of demand-side controllable load is also considered.A day-ahead optimal scheduling model for an AC/DC hybrid system with PET is established to mini⁃mize the operating costs.By formulating a day-ahead economic dispatching scheme that includes DGs,energy-storage system,and demand-side controllable load,the coordinated operation of“source-charge-storage”in the AC/DC hybrid system is achieved based on the flexible regulation capability of PET,which significantly improves the system’s opera⁃tion flexibility and economy.
