摘要
目的:探讨中医熏洗联合针刺痔疮穴对肛肠术后疼痛水肿的治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年12月期间于本院肛肠科接受手术治疗的60例肛肠术后疼痛水肿患者,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性原则,将其分为对照组与观察组,各组30例。对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,观察组采用中医熏洗坐浴联合针刺痔疮穴治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛感、水肿症状改善情况及生活质量的差异。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组,疼痛感评分低于对照组,创面愈合、水肿消失及渗出物消失时间比对照组短,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医熏洗联合针刺痔疮穴应用在肛肠术后效果良好,可促进临床症状改善,缓解疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of TCM medicine fumigation and washing plus acupuncture at hemorrhoids acupoint on pain and edema after anorectal surgery and its influence on life quality of patients.Methods:60 cases were selected and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the comparable principle of age and gender,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given sitz bath of potassium permanganate solution,and the observation group was treated by TCM medicine fumigation and washing plus acupuncture at hemorrhoids acupoint.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than the control group;the score of pain in the observation group was lower than the control group;the wound healing time,disappearance time of edema and exudate in the observation group were shorter than the control group;and the score of life quality of patients in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine fumigation and washing plus acupuncture at hemorrhoids acupoint after anorectal surgery shows better application effects,can ameliorate clinical symptoms,relieve pain,and improve life quality of patients.
