摘要
以自动加工送料系统为研究对象,研究自动加工送料系统的工作方式和控制方法。采用三菱PLC控制自动加工送料系统,以FX3U-32MRPLC为主控器,基于梯形图编程方式,用顺序控制思路设计控制程序,实现PLC对自动加工送料系统的自动、精准控制。
Taking the automatic processing feeding system as the research object,the working mode and control method of the automatic processing feeding system are studied.Mitsubishi PLC is used to control the automatic processing and feeding system,and FX3U-32MRPLC is used as the main controller.Based on the ladder diagram programming method,the control program is designed with the idea of sequence control,so as to realize the automatic and accurate control of the automatic processing and feeding system by PLC.
