摘要
槐耳是一种常用的中成药,具有显著的免疫调节作用,槐耳通过对固有免疫和适应性免疫的调节,提高免疫功能,发挥间接抗肿瘤作用,在肝癌、乳腺癌、胃肠肿瘤和胰腺癌等肿瘤中广泛使用。该文对槐耳在抗肿瘤免疫方面的基础研究和临床研究进行系统的综述,以期促进槐耳的研究和临床运用。
Huaier(Trametes robiniophila Murr) is a commonly used Chinese medicine with significant immunomodulatory effects. Huaier improves immune function by regulating innate immunity and adaptive immunity,and exerts indirect anti-tumor effects. It is widely used in treatment of liver cancer,breast cancer,gastrointestinal cancer,pancreatic cancer and other tumors. Based on the literature about Huaier at home and abroad,the basic and clinical research progress of Huaier in anti-tumor immunity are reviewed in the article to provide reference for further development and clinical application of Huaier.
