突触囊泡蛋白2A参与神经系统疾病机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 突触囊泡蛋白2A(synaptic vesicle protein 2A,SV2A)是一种分布于突触囊泡上的膜蛋白,在突触囊泡中特异性表达。在突触小体内,SV2A在正常的突触囊泡的释放和快速回收过程起重要作用。SV2A参与多种神经退行性疾病的发病过程[1]。SV2A在突触结构中异常表达能够影响突触囊泡生理功能和引起突触后膜电位异常。SV2A下调可通过囊泡胞吐及内吞作用减弱、三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)表达量降低及准备释放池(readi⁃ly releasable pool,RRP)区域变小等途径,诱发癫痫、阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)等相关神经系统疾病症状。 Synaptic vesicular protein 2A(SV2A)is a membrane protein in the synaptosomes. Its physiological functions include not only activating adenosine triphosphate,regulating the size of readily releasable pool and assisting vesicle transportation,but also participating in the process of vesicle exocytosis and endocytosis. SV2A regulates the postsynaptic potential on the postsynaptic membrane and maintains the physiological function of the membrane potential. In pathological state,SV2A participates in the pathogenesis of epilepsy,Alzheimer disease and other nervous system diseases by affecting the physiological function of synaptic vesicles and the membrane potential of postsynaptic membrane. In this article,for understanding the regulatory mechanism of SV2 A and providing reference for the development of therapeutic drugs and treatment methods for related diseases,we review the functions of SV2A in synapses and its mechanism in the occurrence and development of nervous system diseases.
