摘要
对9个油棕品种的抗旱性进行综合评价,为培育适合中国栽培的油棕新品种提供参考。以2年生的油棕盆栽苗为材料,研究干旱胁迫对其可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、总酚、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶以及过氧化物酶活性的影响,采用隶属函数法对不同品种的油棕进行抗旱性综合评价。结果表明:9个油棕在干旱胁迫下的生理生化指标变化差异显著;隶属函数值的平均值大小依次为RYCR3>RYNG1>RYCR5>RYCR6>RYCR4>RYCR2>RYCR7>RYMY9>RYMY8;9个油棕品种中RYCR3、RYNG1和RYCR5的抗旱较强,RYCR6、RYCR4和RYCR2次之,RYCR7、RYMY9和RYMY8最弱。
Drought resistance of 9 varieties of oil palm was comprehensively assessed to provide reference for selection of new varieties of oil palm suitable for planting in China.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,total phenol,proline and malondialdehyde and the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase in the leaves of the 2 years old seedlings of the 9 varieties of oil palm under drought stress and control were detected respectively.The drought tolerance of the oil palm varieties was comprehensively assessed by using the membership function.The results showed that the physiological and biochemical indexes of the 9 varieties of oil palm are significantly different under drought stress.The average value of the membership function is in the order of RYCR3>RYNG1>RYCR5>RYCR6>RYCR4>RYCR2>RYCR7>RYMY9>RYMY8.Among the 9 oil palm varieties,varieties RYCR3,RYNG1 and RYCR5 are higher in drought resistance,followed by varieties RYCR6,RYCR4 and RYCR2,and varieties RYCR7,RYMY9 and RYMY8 are the lowest in drought resistance.
