摘要
为了解国际儿童安宁疗护研究现状和发展趋势,以Web of Science核心合集为数据来源,利用可视化软件CiteSpace对文献进行信息挖掘与梳理,共检索国外文献626篇,相关文献跨度为1985年1月~2020年2月。结果显示,国际儿童安宁疗护研究起步较早,研究重点延续性好,研究重心逐步推进。发文数量在2018年出现高峰,发文机构主要来自美国。随着时间推移,儿童临终症状管理及家庭护理、儿童安宁疗护教育及护理质量、儿童生命终期护理逐渐引起广泛关注。
To study the status and development trend of international pediatric hospice care research,the visualized software CiteSpace was used to explore and comb literatures from the Web of Science core collection.A total of 626 foreign literatures were retrieved,covering the span from January 1985 to February 2020.The results showed that international hotspots of pediatric hospice care research started decades ago,the focus of the research was continuable,and the research focus was gradually advancing.The number of papers published peaked in 2018,mainly from the United States.Over time,the management of children's end-of-life symptoms and family care,the education and quality of children's hospice care,and children's hospice care at terminal stage caused attentions extensively.
