摘要
目的探讨糖链抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法2018年1月到2020年6月选择在平煤神马医疗集团总医院诊治的胃癌患者288例作为胃癌组,同期选择体检的健康人群288例作为正常组,检测2组入选者血清CA125与CEA含量,判断阳性率并对相关性、危险因素进行分析。结果胃癌组的血清CA125、CEA水平都高于正常组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组的CA125、CEA阳性率分别为34.7%、38.9%,正常组为4.2%和6.9%,胃癌组都显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。在胃癌组中,Pearson相关分析显示临床分期、肿瘤最大直径、组织学分化、淋巴结转移与血清CA125、CEA表达水平存在相关性(P<0.05)。多因素Cox比例风险模型结果分析显示CA125和CEA都是导致胃癌发生的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论CA125和CEA在胃癌中呈现高表达状况,与患者的临床病理特征显著相关,也是导致胃癌发生的主要危险因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of sugar chain antigen 125(CA125)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in gastric cancer and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods 288 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were diagnosed and treated were selected as the gastric cancer group,and the other 288 cases of healthy people were selected as the normal group,and the serum CA125 and CEA levels of the 2 groups were detected,Determined the positive rate and analysis the correlation and risk factors.Results The levels of serum CA125 and CEA in the gastric cancer group were higher than those in the normal group,and compared the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of CA125 and CEA in the gastric cancer group were 34.7%and 38.9%,respectively,while those in the normal group were 4.2%and 6.9%,and compared between the 2 groups were significantly difference(P<0.05).In the gastric cancer group,Pearson correlation analysis showed that clinical stage,tumor maximum diameter,histological differentiation,lymph node metastasis and serum CA125 and CEA expression levels were correlated(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox proportional hazard model showed that CA125 and CEA were the main independent risk factors for gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion CA125 and CEA are highly expressed in gastric cancer,which are significantly related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients,and are also the main risk factors for gastric cancer.
