血管内超声指导介入治疗对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者术后心功能的影响与安全性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血管内超声指导介入治疗对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者术后心功能的影响与安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月40例在桂林市人民医院行介入治疗的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)与观察组(20例)。对照组患者在冠状动脉造影指导下开展介入治疗,观察组患者则在冠脉造影基础上运用经血管内超声指导进行介入治疗。比较两组患者手术相关指标;比较两组患者术前与术后6个月心功能;比较两组患者手术期间并发症发生情况;比较两组患者术后6个月支架再狭窄发生率。结果观察组患者支架直径短于对照组,病变血管最小管腔面积大于对照组,而手术持续时间长于对照组;与术前比,术后6个月两组患者左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;而两组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;观察组患者并发症总发生率较对照组降低;术后6个月观察组患者的支架再狭窄发生率较对照组降低(均P<0.05)。结论血管内超声指导介入治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,可提升手术相关指标,改善心功能,减少复发率且安全性更高。
