聚氨酯粉末涂料用丙烯酸改性羟基聚酯的合成研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过溶液聚合方法合成得到含环氧基团的丙烯酸树脂中间体,利用环氧基团与羧基的反应使丙烯酸树脂接枝到聚酯分子链中,改善了两者的相容性,制备得到了聚氨酯粉末涂料用丙烯酸改性羟基聚酯树脂。红外和DSC测试结果均表明丙烯酸中间体的环氧基团已成功接枝到聚酯分子链中;GPC测试表明使用低分子量丙烯酸树脂中间体进行合成可以得到分子量和分子量分布适中的丙烯酸改性羟基聚酯;涂层性能结果表明制备得到的涂层具有优异的耐丁酮擦拭性能和抗老化性能。 Acrylic resin containing epoxy group was synthesized by solution polymerization.Acrylic resin was grafted into polyester molecular chain by the reaction of epoxy group and carboxyl group and the compatibility was improved.So the hydroxyl polyester resin modified by acrylic resin for polyurethane powder coating was prepared.The results of IR and DSC tests indicate that the epoxy group of acrylic resin has been successfully grafted into the polyester molecular chain.The GPC test shows that the acrylic resin modified hydroxyl polyester with moderate molecular weight and molecular weight distribution can be obtained by the synthesis with low molecular weight acrylic resin.The coating has excellent properties of butanone resistance and anti aging.
