摘要
以某一钢结构厂房为例对钢柱外包混凝土加固技术在钢结构厂房加固中的应用进行了系统的研究,结合工程实际需求,从混凝土材料、保护层厚度、钢柱表面清理以及抗剪构件的设置3个层面探索了影响加固效果的具体因素,最后对柱脚、柱非节点区以及节点区的具体加固措施进行了详细的阐述。
Taking a steel structure workshop as an example,this paper systematically studies the application of steel column encased concrete reinforcement technology in the reinforcement of steel structure workshop.Combined with the actual needs of the project,the concrete factors affecting the reinforcement effect are explored from three aspects:concrete material,thickness of protective layer,surface cleaning of steel column and setting of shear members.Finally,specific reinforcement measures for the column foot,column non-node area and node area are elaborated.
