植酸掺杂硅溶胶协同体系对棉织物的阻燃整理 被引量:6

Flame retardant finish of cotton fabric by phytic acid doped silica sol synergistic system

摘要 将植酸与硅溶胶掺杂后,采用轧-烘-焙工艺对棉织物进行阻燃整理,探究了植酸质量浓度、硅溶胶质量分数、焙烘时间、焙烘温度等工艺参数对棉织物阻燃效果及物理指标的影响。结果表明,植酸掺杂硅溶胶整理的棉织物阻燃性能优异,对白度、断裂强力影响较小。植酸掺杂硅溶胶阻燃整理的优化工艺参数为:植酸32 g/L,硅溶胶4.48 g/L,110℃焙烘2 min。该工艺处理后的棉织物极限氧指数为30.7%,损毁长度为12.5 cm。 After the phytic acid and silica sol are doped,the flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric is carried out by pad-dry-cure process.The influences of technological parameters such as phytic acid concentration,silica sol concentration,baking time and baking temperature on the flame retardant effect and physical properties of cotton fabric are investigated.The results show that the flame retardant property of the cotton fabric treated with phytic acid doped silica sol is excellent,and the influence on whiteness and breaking strength is small.The optimized process of phytic acid doped silica sol for flame retardant finishing is phytic acid 32 g/L,silica sol 4.48 g/L,baking at 110℃for 2 min.The LOI of the treated cotton fabric is 30.7%,and the damaged length is 12.5 cm.
