摘要
雄激素受体(Androgen receptor,AR)是依赖配体活化的转录因子,参与靶细胞的增殖和分化。目前发现AR在多种肿瘤中异常表达,并通过多种机制对肿瘤的发生、发展及预后造成影响;AR基因第1外显子GGN重复序列直接决定AR多态性,进而影响AR转录活性和蛋白水平,近些年GGN重复序列在前列腺癌、睾丸癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌等多种肿瘤中均有报道,本文对目前GGN重复序列与雄激素相关肿瘤的关系研究进展进行综述。
Androgen receptor(AR)is a transcription factor dependent on ligand activation,and it is involved in the pro⁃liferation and differentiation of target cells.It has been found that AR is abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors,which affects the tumorigenesis,development and prognosis of tumors through a variety of mechanisms.GGN is the first exon repeat sequence of the AR gene,which directly determines the AR polymorphism,and in turn determines the AR transcriptional activity and protein level.In recent years,GGN repeats have been reported in prostate cancer,testicular cancer,colorectal cancer,ovarian cancer,breast cancer,endometrial cancer and other tumors.This article focuses on the current knowledge of GGN repeats and tumors.
