摘要
该系统中为实现电缆长距离温度监测,设计制作了基于热传导特性的导热传感器。热源的温度通过导热传感器传导至温度采集点,温度值经A/D变换后,数据无线传输至汇聚节点。汇聚节点以RS485总线的方式挂在集中控制器上。集中控制器以令牌环网的模式和汇聚节点交互数据,并将数据打包通过USB发送至上位机。上位机设计管理系统,对监测数据进行相关处理。单个导热传感器可监测1 m电缆的温度,为实现电缆温度长线监测提供了一种可行的方法。
In this system,the heat conduction sensor is designed and manufactured to realize long⁃distance temperature monitor of the cable.The temperature of the heat source is transmitted to the temperature acquisition point through the heat conduction sensor.The temperature analog value is changed to digital value,then transmitted to the aggregation node by wireless communication way.The aggregation node is connected to the central controller through RS485 bus.The data are transmitted between central controller transmits and the aggregation node in token ring network mode.The data are sent to the computer through USB.The management system is designed in computer system.A heat conduction sensor can monitor the temperature of 1 meter cable,which provides a feasible method for the long cable temperature monitoring.
