摘要
肩周炎是一种常见的慢性损伤性、无菌性炎症反应,以肩部疼痛、活动障碍为主要表现。主要讲述浮针医学对肩周炎的独特认识及孙健教授运用浮针治疗肩周炎的临床思维,并从浮针治疗靶组织、治疗靶点、再灌注活动几个方面探讨分析浮针治疗肩周炎起效的可能机制。
Periarthritis of shoulder is a common chronic injury and aseptic inflammation.Shoulder pain and movement disorder are the main manifestations.This paper mainly describes the unique understanding of Fu-needle therapy on periarthritis of shoulder and professor SUN jian′s clinical thinking of using Fu-needle to treat periarthritis of shoulder,discusses and analyzes the possible mechanism of Fu-needle therapy on periarthritis of shoulder from the aspects of target organization,therapeutic target and reperfusion activity.
