舰艇声隐身技术研究用消声风洞设计

Preliminary study on the design of anechoic wind tunnel for research on ship stealth technology

摘要 目前在舰艇声隐身技术领域中,螺旋桨噪声和流噪声机理研究所需要的实验手段存在明显不足,为弥补这一不足,利用空气中消声比水中容易的优势,借鉴气动声学的研究方法和实验手段,从原理分析、数值仿真和实验验证等方面,探讨了舰艇声隐身技术研究用消声风洞的一些重要设计问题,包括风洞气流通道的布局形式以抑制驱动系统的传递噪声、实验测试段的非对称布置以获得远场声学测点、低频噪声控制的实现等。舰艇声隐身技术研究用消声风洞的设计方案得到了实验结果的验证,消声风洞成为舰艇螺旋桨噪声和流噪声机理研究的一种新的实验设施。 Currently in the field of ship sound stealth technology,the experiment methods required for the study of propeller noise and flow noise mechanism are obviously insufficient.To make up for this deficiency,taking advantage of the ease of sound eliminate in the air than in the water,and using the research methods and experimental methods of aeroacoustics,some important design problems about the anechoic wind tunnel for the study of ship stealth technology,are preliminary discussed from the aspects of principle analysis,numerical simulation and experimental verification.These problems include the layout of the wind tunnel airflow channel to suppress the transmission noise of the drive system,the asymmetric arrangement of the experimental test segment to obtain far-field acoustic measurement points,and the implementation of lowfrequency noise control.The design of the anechoic wind tunnel for the study of ship stealth technology was verified by experimental results,making it a new experimental facility for the study of ship propeller noise and flow noise mechanism.
