摘要
研究农业现代化与信息化协调发展,有利于促进区域农村产业融合,实现乡村振兴和农业农村现代化.本文以华东、华中9省为例,利用2011年、2014年、2017年3年数据,选取适用于华东、华中地区的农业现代化与信息化评价指标体系,综合分析各省份农业现代化与信息化发展水平,建立耦合协调度模型,划分两化协调发展等级及类型.研究发现两化发展水平均呈上升趋势,其中东部省份发展水平高于中部省份;两化耦合协调度不断上升,中部省份两化耦合协调度增速加快,远高于东部省份,区域差异逐渐缩小.华东、华中地区整体呈现信息化发展滞后于农业现代化的局面,两化耦合协调度有待提高,空间差异性明显.未来区域应继续推进农业信息化建设,因地制宜进行战略调整,加强区域间的合作,促进华东、华中地区两化协调发展.
Exploring the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and informatization will facilitate industrial convergence,rural revitalization,and modernize agriculture in rural areas.Taking eastern and central China as an example,the paper used the data of 2011,2014 and 2017,selected a suitable evaluation index system to calculate the agricultural modernization and informatization development level,and evaluated the coupling coordination degree of agricultural modernization and informatization based on the coupling coordination degree model.The results showed that(1)the level of agricultural modernization and informatization in the central regions of China was lower than that in eastern China.(2)The coupling coordination degree of agricultural modernization and informatization had increased from 2011 to 2017 and the regional differences between eastern and central China had gradually narrowed.On the whole,the overall informatization level was behind the agricultural modernization.The level of coordinated development between the two is still low and the regional difference is obvious.In the future,we should speed up agricultural informatization construction,adjust measures to local conditions,and strengthen regional cooperation to achieve the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and informatization in eastern and central China.
