IOl-master700和Pentacam测量Kappa角一致性分析

摘要 目的探讨Pentacam眼前节分析系统与IOL-master 700测量Kappa角的差异性和一致性。方法横断面研究。选取2019年03月01-04月01在乐山市眼科中心性白内障术前检查患者71例(121只眼)。其中男性40例,女性31例;年龄(62±17岁)。分别用Pentacam、IOLMaster 700进行X值及Y值测量,采用方差分析及LSD-t比较组间差异性,组内相关系数(ICC)及Bland-Altman法评价仪器的一致性。结果方差分析显示,两种仪器测量X值无统计学意义(F=0.496,P>0.05),Y值无统计学意义(F=0.030,P>0.05),两种仪器各测量值间ICC为0.667、0.689,Cronbach’s Alpha为0.79、0.816,显示两种仪器测量结果可信度好。Bland-Altman分析显示Pentacam与IOLMaster 700测量X值比较,有7/121(5.8%)个点位于95%LoA外,一致性好,差值范围为(-0.19~0.22);Y值测量,有8/121(6.7%)个点位于95%LoA外,一致性好,差值范围为(-0.14~0.15),一致性好。结论两种仪器测量KAPPA角的差异性小,一致性均较好。 Objective To explore the difference and consistency between Pentacam anterior node analysis system and iol-master 700 in measuring Kappa Angle.Methods Cross-sectional study.71 patients(121 eyes)with central ophthalmic cataract were selected from 03/01/2019 to 04/01/2019 in leshan.There were 40 males and 31 females.Age(62±17) years.Pentacam and IOLMaster 700 were used to measure X and Y values respectively,and the difference between groups,ICC and bland-altman were compared by anova and lsd-t.Results The analysis of variance showed that the X value measured by the two instruments had no statistical significance(F=0.496,P>0.05)and Y value had no statistical significance(F=0.030,P>0.05).The ICC of the measured values of the two instruments was 0.667 and 0.689,and the Alpha of Cronbach’s was 0.79 and 0.816,indicating that the measurement results of the two instruments were reliable.Bland-altman analysis showed that there were 7/121(5.8%)points outside 95%LoA in comparison with the X value measured by Pentacam and IOLMaster700,with good consistency and difference range of-0.19~0.22.According to the Y value measurement,8/121(6.7%)points were located outside 95%LoA,with good consistency,and the difference range was(-0.14~0.15),with good consistency.Conclusion IOl-master 700 and Pentacam showed small difference and agreement in Kappa angle assessment.
