深厚砂层小直径深井成孔技术在换流站接地极工程的应用 被引量:2

摘要 深厚砂层中小直径深井成孔质量不易得到保证,常在成孔过程中出现塌孔、埋钻、扩径、钻进速度缓慢及后期孔内安装构件导致塌孔等问题。本文结合工程案例,通过成孔工艺设备的选择、泥浆质量(比重、粘度、含砂率)的控制、结合接地极安装工序调整后进行清孔、施工过程中控制钻机转盘转速及泵水量等关键工艺参数从而保证小直径深井成孔的质量。 It is not easy to ensure the quality of hole formation in deep wells with small and medium diameters in deep sand layers.During the process of hole formation,problems such as hole collapse,burying drill bit,expanding diameter,slow drilling speed,and hole collapse caused by components installed in the hole in the later stage often occur.Combined with the engineering case,through the selection of the drilling process equipment,the control of mud quality(specific gravity,viscosity,sand content),the adjustment of the process after the installation of the grounding electrode,the hole cleaning,the control of the rotary speed of the drilling rig and the pump water during the construction process and other key process parameters,the quality of the drilling of small diameter deep wells can be ensured.
