S32101双相不锈钢热轧中厚板氧化铁皮显微分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用EPMA、WDS和XRD对S32101双相不锈钢中厚板表面氧化铁皮显微结构进行研究,同时采用称重法测定出氧化增重曲线。结果表明:S32101双相不锈钢氧化铁皮厚度分布不均匀,氧化增重的平方值与氧化时间基本成直线关系。氧化铁皮外层物相为Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),内层物相主要为FeCr_(2)O_(4),局部区域存在MnCr_(2)O_(4)和NiCr_(2)O_(4)。结合热力学计算,得出了S32101双相不锈钢氧化铁皮形成的过程。 The oxide scales microstructure of S32101 duplex stainless steel were studied by EPMA, WDS and XRD. At the same time, the oxidation curves were measured by weighing method. The results show that the thickness distribution of scales is not uniform. The square of the oxidation mass gain is in line with oxidation time. The outer layer of oxide scales is composed of Fe_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(3)O_(4),while the inner layer is mainly composed of FeCr_(2)O_(4). The MnCr_(2)O_(4) and NiCr_(2)O_(4) exist in the local area of inner layer. The formation process of oxide scale is obtained combining with the thermodynamic calculation.
