摘要
多鳞白甲鱼Onychostoma macrolepis是一种淡水杂食性经济鱼类,过度捕捞及水环境变化使其数量逐渐减少,已被《中国脊椎动物红色名录》列为易危动物。本文总结了近年来关于多鳞白甲鱼生物学和繁育技术的研究成果,主要包括形态、遗传、分布、食性和生长等生物学特性,亲鱼培育、人工催产、繁殖、胚胎发育、鱼苗养殖以及常见病害防治等,并结合鱼类资源养护及水产养殖业发展前景提出了未来的研究方向,以期为多鳞白甲鱼种质资源保护及养殖产业发展提供参考。
Largescale shoveljaw fish Onychostoma macrolepis,an economically important omnivorous freshwater fish,has been assessed as VU(vulnerable)species in the“Red List of Vertebrates of China”due to overfishing and changes in the water environment that has reduced population of the fish over the past few decades.This paper summarizes the research achievements on biology and breeding technology in largescale shoveljaw fish in recent years,including morphology,heredity,distribution,feeding and growth;hormone injection to induce spawning,embryonic development,brood stock rearing,and prevention and treatment of routine diseases.In addition,future research requirements are proposed in combination with the conservation of fish stocks and the development prospect of aquaculture,to provide references for the protection of germplasm resources and the development of aquaculture industry.
