摘要
主要针对金川煤矿矿井东翼E8202工作面标高900~1 350 m的向斜地质构造情况,结合矿井实际生产状况,修订掘进方案,降低巷道坡底,并使用辅助液压系统增加综掘机爬坡能力,边掘边探边分析,充分利用地质钻孔、深孔超前钻探、三维地震成果,分析煤层产状、煤厚变化情况,最终顺利通过此段向斜地质构造,解放了东翼采区约270万t的储量,此工程从地质分析和掘进工艺方面提出了解决此类地质问题的对策。
Mainly aimed at the Jinchuan coal mine east wing E8202 face elevation 900 to 1 350 m synclinal geological tectonic situation, in combination with the practical production situation of the mine,changes to the excavation scheme, reduce roadway bottom, and the use of auxiliary hydraulic system increased gradeability comprehensive tunneling machine, dug while delineation analysis, make full use of geological drilling, deep hole drilling in advance, 3 D seismic results, analysis of coal seam occurrence,coal thickness variation, eventually passed the period of synclinal geological structure, the liberation of the east wing mining area of about 2.7 million tons of reserves, the project from the aspects of geological analysis and excavation process puts forward some countermeasures to solve this kind of geological problems.
