摘要 棉花检验是保证棉花流通体系以及棉花质量的重要环节。棉花检验仪器作为检验棉花的重要设备,测量精度会在很大程度上影响棉花检验结果。近年来,我国棉花检验设备、技术力量以及实验室内部管理都已基本完善,但由于多种因素影响,检测结果还会出现误差。因此,为了提高棉花检测的准确度,需要对容易引发测量误差的因素进行研究并改进。文章研究了棉花检验仪器的工作原理及造成测量误差的原因,并提出相关处理措施,以提高我国棉花检验的准确度,促进棉花行业的健康发展。 Cotton inspection is an important link to ensure cotton circulation system and cotton quality.As an important equipment for cotton inspection,the measuring accuracy of cotton inspection instrument will greatly affect the cotton inspection results.In recent years,China’s cotton inspection equipment,technical force and laboratory internal management have been basically improved,but due to a variety of factors,the inspection results will also appear errors.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of cotton inspection,it is necessary to study and improve the factors that easily lead to measurement errors.This paper studies the working principle of cotton inspection instrument and the causes of measurement error,and puts forward relevant treatment measures to improve the accuracy of cotton inspection in China and promote the healthy development of cotton industry.
