摘要
针对鄂尔多斯盆地姬塬长9为代表的底水和高水饱油藏,油水关系复杂,常规工艺改造单井产量低的难题,研发了油溶水黏型压裂支撑剂,探索形成了一种新型堵水压裂技术。通过原油组分分析,设计并研发了遇水固结、遇油溶解的堵水材料,通过特殊工艺将堵水材料以覆膜的形式与支撑剂制成控水支撑剂。设计了油溶水黏堵水支撑剂性能评价方案,性能测试表明该支撑剂在加砂压裂的同时即可实现封固水层、改造油层的双重工艺目的。建立了控水支撑剂用量计算模型,开展了压裂工艺、参数优化,确定了压后关井时间及返排制度。在姬塬长9底水油藏开展了现场试验6口井,加砂规模和注入排量与对比井相当,单井日产油量提高1.6 t,含水下降52%,控水增油效果明显。
Aiming at the problems of bottom water and high water saturation reservoir represented by Jiyuan Chang 9 reservoir in Ordos Basin,complex oil-water relationship and low production of single well by conventional stimulation treatment,oil soluble water viscous fracturing proppant was developed,and a new water plugging fracturing technology was explored and formed.Through the analysis of crude oil components,the water plugging materials which were consolidated in water and dissolved in oil are designed and developed.The water plugging materials were made into water control proppant in the form of film covering with conventional proppant by special process.The performance evaluation scheme of oil soluble water plugging proppant was designed.The performance test showed that the proppant could achieve the dual purpose of sealing and consolidating water layer and reforming oil layer at the same time of hydraulic fracturing.The calculation model of water control proppant dosage was established.The fracturing technology and parameters were optimized,and the shut in time and flowback regime after fracturing were determined.Field tests were carried out in 6 wells of Chang 9 bottom water reservoir in Jiyuan area.The proppant amount and injection pump rate were similar to those of the contrast wells.The daily oil production of single well increased by 1.6 tons,while the water cut decreased by 52%.The effect of water control and oil increase was obvious.
