摘要
应用型本科高校的学科发展受到多重因素的综合作用。外部因素可归结为政治逻辑和市场逻辑的作用,内部因素体现为院校逻辑和学术逻辑的作用。政治逻辑是影响应用型本科高校是否单列学科建设工作的主要因素。市场逻辑直接影响应用型本科高校学科建设的定位、发展目标、路径等。院校逻辑决定学科的整体结构,影响学校是否开展重点学科分层建设、是否配备学科带头人及其学科团队、是否按学科配置人财物等各种资源等重大决策。学术逻辑引导本学科建设的一切具体工作,是决定本学科建设的规划能否落实、目标能否达成的关键所在。不同的制度逻辑间有交叉、有碰撞,它们共同决定应用型本科高校学科发展的走向和水平。各种制度逻辑的行为主体需要统筹协调,相向而行,形成合力,才能将应用型本科高校学科发展推向新高度。
The discipline development of applied undergraduate universities is affected by multiple factors.External factors can be attributed to political logic and market logic,and internal factors to university logic and academic logic.Political logic is the main factor determining whether applied undergraduate universities designate discipline development as a separate goal.Market logic directly affects the orientation,development goals,and paths of discipline construction in applied undergraduate universities.University logic determines the overall structure of disciplines,and affects major decisions such as whether a university carries out the hierarchical construction of key disciplines,whether to appoint discipline leaders and set up discipline teams,and whether to allocate resources such as personnel,fund and materials based on disciplines.Academic logic guides all the specific work in disciplinary construction,which is the key to determining whether plans for the construction of disciplines can be implemented and goals can be achieved.There are overlaps and collisions between the different logics,and they jointly determine the direction and level of discipline development in applied undergraduate universities.The behavior subjects of various institutional logics need to coordinate and form a joint force in order to push the discipline development of applied undergraduate universities to a new height.
