摘要
本文对中石化西北油田的塔北简易变电站发生的多次10kV配电线路保护越级跳闸现象进行分析。调阅故障录波记录,根据塔北变电网系统阻抗计算短路电流,分析保护定值配置的可靠性和选择性;对柱上断路器、电流互感器和涌流控制器分别进行试验检查,最后在综合试验中,模拟相间短路加大电流,发现涌流控制器的二次采样电流达到5A后瞬时动作,是发生越级跳闸故障的主要原因。涌流控制器不能实现保护的选择性,不能用于变电站保护。
In this paper,several step-over tripping accidents which happened on 10kV power line in Tabei transformer substation are analyzed.The author reviews the recorder of the fault recorder,calculates the short circuit current on the basis of system impedance,analyzes the reliability and selectivity of protection fixed value;testes column breaker、current transformer and inrush current controller respectively.In the comprehensive test,when the short-circuit between phases happens,the inrush current controller loses efficacy.It is the main reason of the step-over tripping.The inrush controller cannot realize the selectivity of protection and cannot be used in transformer substation.
