摘要
选取1997—2017年20年间A股上市的民营企业作为研究样本,运用倾向评分匹配PSM模型分析私募股权投资对民营企业国际化的影响,得出私募股权投资与民营企业国际化显著正相关;相比于没有外资背景,有外资背景的私募股权投资更能促进民营企业国际化的结论。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China encourages the vigorous development of the private economy.Private enterprises have ushered in new development opportunities.In addition,my country’s private equity investment market is developing rapidly.The article selects private companies listed on A-shares from 1997 to 2017 as a research sample,uses the Tobit regression method and propensity score matching PSM model to analyze the impact of private equity investment on the internationalization of private enterprises,and draws the conclusion that private equity investment and private enterprises Internationalization is significantly positively correlated;compared with no foreign investment background,private equity investment with foreign investment background can promote the internationalization of private enterprises.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward to bring certain enlightenment and help to the positive development of private enterprises’internationalization from the perspective of private equity investment.
