摘要
为了解物流企业绩效评价指标相关研究成果,从物流企业绩效评价指标内容和评价方法两方面出发,对物流企业绩效评价研究领域的文献进行总结、梳理。物流企业绩效评价指标内容,根据文献内容相似情况,可分为一般评价体系、基于平衡计分卡的评价体系、特定企业评价体系。物流企业绩效评价方法主要包括层次分析法、模糊综合评价法、主成分分析法、数据包络分析法等,这些方法出现的频率较多,且为较主流的评价方法。
In order to understand the related research results of the logistics enterprise performance evaluation index,starting from the content of the logistics enterprise performance evaluation index and the evaluation method,the literature on the logistics enterprise performance evaluation research direction is summarized and combed.The content of the performance evaluation index of logistics enterprises is divided into general evaluation system,evaluation system based on balanced scorecard,and specific enterprise evaluation system according to the similarity of document content.Logistics enterprise performance evaluation methods mainly include analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,principal component analysis method,data envelopment analysis method and other methods.These methods appear frequently and are more mainstream evaluation methods.
