摘要
高等学校实验室是开展教学活动、科研实践的重要场所,是培养拔尖创新人才的摇篮,对国家科技进步、社会发展有着重要的作用。随着实验室职能的延展、概念的泛化,高校实验室管理工作的边界变得不再清晰,管理对象也不再明确。面向新时代高校“双一流”建设,针对实验室管理的现状和普遍问题,结合学校实际,定义实体实验室和职能实验室的基本概念,梳理相关部门管理职能和范畴,构建实验室实体化的管理体系。实体实验室作为实验室管理的核心,明确其资源管理、安全管理、信息统计等主要任务,并应用信息化的手段,解决实际问题,提升实验室管理水平,可为其他高校实验室建设管理提供参考。
Various university laboratories are important places for teaching activities and scientific research,cradles for top-notch innovative talents,and play important roles in national scientific and technological progress and social development.At present,with the extension of laboratory functions and concepts,the boundary and the object of laboratory management in colleges and universities no longer clear.In view of the"double first-class"construction,the basic concepts of entity laboratory and functional laboratory are defined in combination with the reality of Beijing Institute of Technology.The management functions and categories of relevant departments are sorted out,and a materialized management system of laboratory is constructed.As the key of laboratory management,entity laboratory defines its main tasks,such as resource management,safety management and information statistics,and applies information-based means to solve practical problems and improve laboratory management level.The practice in Beijing Institute of Technology has achieved preliminary results,which can provide reference for laboratory construction management in other universities.
