摘要
技战术运用的核心是个人思维,其表现形式主要靠全面的技术动作及急速的思维反应来完成,因此从技战术之间关联性进行研究.统计分析出五位高水平散打运动员在自由搏击比赛中技战术情况,指出所具有的规律性、关联性,从而为优秀散打运动员的竞技能力和水平的提高与改进提供确切的理论依据和指导.
The core of the application of technology and tactics is personal thinking and its manifestation,which is mainly completed by comprehensive technical action and rapid thinking response.Therefore,It is mainly analyzed from the technical and tactical relevance of research.In this paper,the technical and tactical situation of five high-level Sanda athletes in the free fight competitions is analyzed statistically,the regularity,relevance among then is pointed out.Therefore,all of above will provide accurate theoretical basis and guidance for the improvement of competitive ability and level of excellent Sanda athletes.
