一种轴承转子系统振动故障检测装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 本文以轴承转子系统为研究对象,介绍了目前常见的轴承转子系统故障检测的缺点或不足.针对这些缺点或不足,从轴承转子系统故障检测要求出发,利用CAD制图软件为平台设计出一种轴承转子系统振动故障检测装置,并介绍了其工作原理和主要组成零部件.最后从技术、结构、操作性等方面对轴承转子系统振动故障检测装置进行可行性分析.结果表明,该装置具有很高的实用性和可行性. This paper takes the bearing rotor system as the research object,and introduces the shortcomings of the common fault detection of bearing rotor system.In view of these shortcomings or deficiencies,starting from the requirements of bearing rotor system fault detection,a bearing rotor system vibration fault detection device is designed by using CAD drawing software as the platform,and its working principle and main components are introduced.Finally,the feasibility of vibration fault detection device for bearing rotor system is analyzed from the aspects of technology,structure and operability.The results show that the device has high practicability and feasibility.
