摘要
针对塑料的回收问题,本文讨论了PET塑料材质的粉碎热熔回收处理。将收集的主要原料为PET的硬质塑料瓶去除瓶盖及标签后,进行粉碎处理,使之变为符合加工要求的塑料碎片;通过进行热熔加工使塑料碎片变为熔融态,并采用挤压的方式进行输送,以实现后续产业加工的原料供应。本文通过分析PET塑料材质的优质特性,提供了装置设计的推荐参数,为PET塑料瓶的粉碎热熔回收处理提供了解决方案。
Aiming at the problem of plastic recover y,this paper discusses the crushing hot melt recover y treatment of PET plastic material.After removing the cap and label of the PET hard plastic bottle,the main raw material is crushed to make it into plastic fragments that meet the processing requirements.Through hot melt processing,the plastic fragments become melt state,and are transported by extrusion to realize the raw material supply of subsequent industrial processing.Through analyzing the high quality characteristics of PET plastic material,this paper provides the recommended parameters of device design,and provides a solution for crushing and hot melt recovery of PET plastic bottle.
