摘要
抗拉强度低于300MPa、φ3.0mm以上有色金属线材减径加工,采用多架次连续辊轧工艺日益增多。单电机驱动连续轧辊机适合一种成分有色金属材料,各架次独立电机驱动适合不同成分有色金属线材加工,但各架次之间同步速度要求高。现常用变频控制实现各架次之间速度匹配,以降低打滑率,但精度低、同步响应速度慢,难以满足实际使用。研究了伺服电机技术应用于连续辊轧机,采用涨力机构在线监测技术实现智能控制。试验表明可提高连续辊轧机各道次速度匹配的精度,消除打滑率和附加载荷,解决异常轧制断线,拓展了设备的用途,提出了值得探讨的问题。
The application of multi-stand continuous rolling technology in diameter-reducing processing for non-ferrous metal wire with tensile strength lower than 300 MPa and diameter bigger thanφ3.0 mm is increasing.The single-motor-driven continuous roll mill is suitable for one-component non-ferrous metal materials,and the independent motor drive for each stand is suitable for the processing of different components of non-ferrous metal wire,but the synchronization speed requirement between the stands is high.Nowadays,the frequency conversion control has been commonly used to achieve speed matching between each stand to reduce the slip rate,but the accuracy is low and the synchronization response is slow,which is difficult to meet the actual use.The application of servo motor technology in continuous rolling mill has been studied,and the online monitoring technology of tension mechanism has been adopted to realize intelligent control.Tests have shown that the accuracy of each stand speed matching of the continuous rolling mill can be improved,the slip rate&additional load can be eliminated and the abnormal rolling broken wire can be solved.The use of the equipment has been expanded and issues worthy of discussion have been raised.
