摘要
利用聚碳酸酯产品在注塑机中长时间高温停留的方法,开展了聚碳酸酯及助剂停留前后黄色指数变化的实验,分析了不同种类助剂对聚碳酸酯热加工后颜色的影响,阐述了色粉在聚碳酸酯热加工中可能导致色差变化的现象及其原因,并对多种助剂与聚碳酸酯的相互作用进行了分析。
This article used the method of long-term high temperature retention of polycarbonate products in the injection molding machine,carried out experiments on the change of YI value before and after the retention of polycarbonate and additives,and analyzed the effects of different types of additives on the color of polycarbonate after thermal processing.It explained the phenomenon and reasons that toner may cause color difference in polycarbonate thermal processing,and analyzed the interaction of various additives with polycarbonate.
