摘要
现代化大国首都是北京未来发展的主要目标,建设现代化大国首都需要以首都为核心的空间资源再配置。"一核两翼"(首都功能核心区、北京城市副中心和河北雄安新区)作为北京城市空间结构的重要组成部分,其协同发展不仅有助于自身发展,也有助于建设现代化大国首都。通过分析北京"一核两翼"发展现状,总结北京建设现代化大国首都的内涵体系,为实现大国首都现代化发展目标,"一核两翼"需要相应的治理协同、功能协同、文化协同、科技协同、环境协同、经济协同、空间协同和服务协同。
The capital city of a modern world power is the main goal of Beijing’s future development.The development of the modern world power capital,as the core,requires the reallocation of spatial resources.The"one core,two wings"(the functional core area of the capital,Beijing Municipal Administrative Center and Xiong’an New Area)as the important parts of Beijing's urban spatial structure,its coordinated development will not only assist its own development,but also contribute to building a modern world power capital city.In order to achieve the goals in modernization,the"one core,two wings"requires corresponding governance coordination,functional coordination,cultural coordination,technological coordination,environmental coordination,economic coordination,spatial coordination,and services coordination.
