摘要
用玻璃外循环无梯度反应器研究了在Pt/Al_2O_3催化剂上甲醇深度氧化稳态动力学,甲醇深度氧化稳态动力学服从L-H机理模型。用正交设计法估计了动力学方程中的参数。用脉冲法测定了甲醇、氧及CO_2的吸附热。用脉冲法研究了甲醇在催化剂上吸附量与停留时间的关系,实验中观察到在Pt/Al_2O_3催化剂上甲醇深度氧化的振荡现象。
The steady-state kinetics of deep oxidation of methanol on Pt/Al2O3 catalyst has been investigated by the flow recirculation glass reactor and it was found to obey the L-H model. The parameter values of the kinetic equation were estimated by the method of orthogonal design. The adsorption heats of methanol, oxygen and carbon dioxide and the dependence of the amount of methanol adsorbed over the catalyst on the residence time were determined by the pulse method. Oscillatory phenomenon of the deep oxidation has been observed.
