摘要
受多重因素影响,老旧小区改造项目建设难度逐渐加大,工程施工成本不断上涨。结合具体实例,分析当前老旧小区改造过程中面临的项目成本管理难点,有针对性地提出应对措施,包括科学制定施工组织设计、提高施工人员综合素质、强化施工现场管理、加强与居民沟通、加强材料成本管控、加强工程变更成本控制管理等,为老旧小区改造项目实施过程中提升成本管控水平提供参考。
Affected by multiple factors,the construction of old residential renovation projects is becoming more and more difficult,and the construction cost is constantly rising.Combined with specific examples,this paper analyzes the difficulties of project cost management in the renovation process of old residential areas,and puts forward corresponding measures,including scientifically enacting the construction organization design,improving the comprehensive quality of construction personnel,strengthening construction site management,strengthening communication with residents,strengthening material cost control,strengthening the control management on engineering change cost and so on,in order to provide reference for improving the level of cost control in the implementation of renovation projects of old residential areas.
