摘要
根据国家和地方标准,对装配式建筑评价指标应用情况进行研究,剖析装配率指标的应用现状。研究发现,同一个项目按照不同的评价标准所得的装配率有所不同,主要受到主体结构计算、非承重墙计算、集成厨房和卫生间计算以及BIM应用等的影响。本研究可为各省市出台装配式建筑评价标准提供参考。
According to the national and local standards,this paper analyzes the present application situation of prefabricated construction evaluation index,and analyzes the present application situation of assembly rate index.The results show that the assembly rate calculated by different evaluation criterion varies for the same project,the reason of which mainly comes from the main structure calculation,the nonbearing wall calculation,integrated kitchen and toilet calculation and the other influence factors such as BIM application.Provides reference for the introduction of prefabricated building evaluation standards in other provinces and cities.
