摘要
以深圳国际会展中心机电工程为例,详细介绍BIM技术在施工阶段的主要工作内容,包括模型建立、管线综合、碰撞检查、模型深化、基于BIM的装配式施工、方案论证、技术交底、管理协同等。同时,分析BIM技术对项目进度、成本、质量、安全等方面具有的应用价值和目前存在的问题并提出改进建议,以图BIM技术能够得到更合理的应用。
Taking the mechanical projects of Shenzhen world exhibition and convention center as an example,this paper introduces the main tasks of BIM technology in construction phase,which includes model establishment,pipeline synthesis,collision inspection,model improvement,assembly construction based on BIM,scheme demonstration based on BIM,technical clarification based on BIM,and BIM-5D management system.Further more,analyzes the application value of BIM Technology to project progress,cost,quality,safety and other aspects and the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,in order to make BIM Technology more reasonable application.
