高大平房仓气密性能提升新材料新工艺应用试验 被引量:10

APPLICATION TEST OF NEW MATERIALS AND NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPROVING AIR TIGHTNESS OF LARGE WAREHOUSE

摘要 采用"十三五"课题研发的粮仓填缝密封材料、内墙及粮面气密新材料和新工艺,在高大平房仓开展了气密改造应用试验。试验结果表明,试验仓经过气密新材料、新工艺改造处理后,气密性得到明显提升,均达到了目前气密性国标中气调储粮气密性等级二级标准,其中一个试验仓达到了一级标准。 In this paper,the application test of air tightness transformation in large warehouse was carried out by using the new airtightness materials and new technology for filling and sealing warehouse,inner wall and grain surface developed by the 13 th five year plan project.The test results show that the air tightness of the test warehouse has been significantly improved after the treatment of new air tight materials and new processes,and all of them have reached to the second level of air tightness grade in the current national airtightness standard,and one of the tests has reached to the first level standard.
