摘要
研究了甲基嘧啶磷、马拉硫磷、大蒜素和PH3等药剂单独作用和两种药剂联合作用于嗜卷书虱卵、若虫和成虫时的作用效果,研究结果表明:四种药剂对嗜卷书虱三种虫态都有杀灭效果;三种虫态对甲基嘧啶磷、马拉硫磷、大蒜素的敏感性为:若虫>成虫>卵,对PH3的敏感性为:成虫>若虫>卵。根据协同毒力指数关系可知:甲基嘧啶磷和PH3、马拉硫磷和PH3两两联合使用时对嗜卷书虱成虫的c.f值分别为80.68和55.8,均表现出增效作用,其中甲基嘧啶磷和PH3联合增效较明显。大蒜素和PH3联合时对嗜卷书虱成虫、若虫和卵三种虫态的c.f值分别为-59.5、-51.54和-63.01,均表现为拮抗作用。
This paper studied the pirimiphos-methyl,malathion,garlicin and phosphine alone or in combination against the eggs,nymphs and adults of the L.bostrychophila.The research proved that the four agents have insecticidal effects on the three stages of the Liposcelis.The sensitivity of the three stages of the Liposcelis to pirimiphos-methyl,malathion and garlicin is as follows:nymph>adult>egg,and to PH3 is adult>nymph>eggs.According to the synergistic virulence index,it was found that the c.f values of the combination of the pirimiphos-methyl and PH3 and malathion and PH3 are 80.68 and 55.8 when deals with the adults,showing synergism respectively,and the combining effects of pirimiphos-methyl and PH3 is more obvious.The c.f values of garlicin and PH3 combination are-59.5,-51.54 and-63.01 respectively when deals with the three stages of the L.bostrychophila,and c.f value<-20 is antagonistic.
