摘要
"双一流"建设更加注重高素质教师队伍的培育,而其中完善高层次人才激励机制尤为重要。近年来,河北省属普通本科院校高层次人才激励工作取得了显著成效,但在新形势下也出现了一些新问题。对此,廊坊师范学院不断完善人才引进制度,把待遇留人与事业留人、情感留人相结合,以柔性引进方式招揽学科专家;完善人才入校后的培训激励、考核激励、职业生涯激励等措施。廊坊师范学院是一所建校历史悠久、学科门类较齐全、发展势头良好的师范类院校,其高层次人才激励经验可以为同类院校人才工作提供一定的启示与借鉴。
The"Double-First Class" construction pays more attention to the cultivation of high-quality teachers,and it is particularly important to perfect the incentive mechanism of high-level talents.In recent years,the high-level talent incentive work has achieved remarkable results in in Hebei provincial general universities,but some new problems have also emerged under the new situation.In this regards,Langfang Normal University constantly improves the talent introduction system,combines treatment with career and emotion to retain the talents,attracts subject experts by flexible introduction way;consummates the training incentive,the examination incentive,and the career incentive and so on after the talents enter the school.Langfang Normal University is a teacher training university with a long history,complete subject categories and good development momentum.Its high-level talent incentive experience can provide some enlightenment and reference for similar colleges to perfect the talent work.
