摘要
长春解放前夕出现过大量的军用支票,它们是“长春围困战”时国民党为驻长春部队的军需而签发的金融票据。这些军用支票的支付对象不但包含国民党军队的众多部门及个人,还包含国民政府的诸多机构。与国民党同期发行的长春本票相似,军票也是在没有任何保证金的前提下凭空滥发的,且发行数量及票面金额巨大,这同样助推了当时的高昂物价,引发了严重的通货膨胀,造成了民众的疾苦。
On the eve of the liberation of Changchun,there were a large number of military checks,which were the financial bills issued by the Kuomintang for the military supplies of the troops stationed in Changchun during the"Changchun siege".These military checks were paid not only to many departments and individuals of the Kuomintang army,but also included many organizations of the national government.Similar to the Changchun promissory note issued by the Kuomintang in the same period,military checks were also issued indiscriminately without any margin,and the number and face value of the issued checks were huge,which also boosted the high prices at that time,triggered serious inflation,and caused the suffering of the people.
