摘要
老龄化是许多慢性疾病的首要危险因素。如果老年人的疾病预防水平得不到大幅度的提高,不仅会影响老年人及家庭成员的生活质量,还会导致国家的经济以及医疗资源严重的匮乏。因此,如何延缓衰老已成为全世界关注的焦点。近些年,对衰老相关的机制也进行了广泛的研究,其中JAK-STAT信号通路吸引了大量学者的眼球。但是对JAK-STAT信号通路与衰老还缺乏系统性的阐述。该文综述了JAK-STAT信号通路与衰老的相关研究进展,其中包括JAK-STAT信号通路的调控、JAK-STAT信号通路在衰老中的作用、JAK-STAT信号通路与其他衰老相关通路的联系、JAK-STAT信号通路与衰老相关的疾病以及调控JAK-STAT信号通路相关的药物。该文深入探讨了JAK-STAT信号通路在衰老中的作用,为延缓衰老和预防老年相关疾病提供了新的思路。
Aging is now generally accepted as the single largest risk factor for many chronic diseases.If the health level of the elderly is not guaranteed,it will bring serious consequences to the family and society.Therefore,how to prolong the life span of the elder has become particularly important.In recent years,the mechanisms related to aging have been widely studied,but there is a lack of systematic exposition on JAK-STAT signaling pathway and aging.In this paper,the research progress of JAK-STAT signaling pathway and aging is reviewed,which provides a new idea for prolonging the life span and preventing many aging-related diseases.
