摘要
目的探讨院前检查对缩短放疗科平均住院日的应用及效果。方法选取2019年1月―2019年6月未实行院前检查的557例住院患者作为对照组;2019年7月―2019年12月实行院前检查的612例住院患者作为干预组。成立院前管理中心,对需要住院的放疗患者进行登记,协助患者在院前管理中心完成入院前的相关检验和检查并及时评估,符合放疗条件者,通知患者入院。比较两组患者平均待放疗住院日和平均住院日,调查患者满意度。结果与对照组相比,干预组患者待放疗住院日和平均住院日均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。干预组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论院前检查能明显缩短放疗科平均住院日,提高患者满意度,改善患者就医体验。
Objective To explore the application and effect of pre-hospital examination on shortening the average hospital stay in radiotherapy department.Methods 557 inpatients who did not undergo pre-hospital examination from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the control group;612 inpatients who received pre-hospital examination from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the intervention group.A pre-hospital management center was established to register radiotherapy patients who needed to be hospitalized,and assisted patients to complete relevant pre-hospital examinations and timely assessments in the pre-hospital management center.Those who met the conditions for radiotherapy would be informed to be admitted.The average hospital stay before radiotherapy and average hospital stay of patients in the two groups were compared.Patient satisfaction was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the average hospital stay before radiotherapy and average hospital stay of patients in the intervention group were significantly shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital examination can significantly shorten the average hospital stay in the radiotherapy department,increase patient satisfaction,and improve patient experience.
