摘要
为了优化1305采空区注氮方式,基于Fluent数值模拟软件对多种注氮方式下采空区惰化效果进行了研究。结果表明:当采空区采用单点注氮方式时,采空区深部注氮较浅部注氮效果更佳,采空区多点注氮方式同单点注氮方式相比,可以对采空区取得更好的惰化效果,最终确定了工作面正常回采期间采用通过两个联络巷协同注氮的最优注氮方案。
In order to optimize the nitrogen injection mode of the 1305 goaf,the inerting effect of various nitrogen injection modes in goaf was studied based on Fluent numerical simulation software.The results show that:when the single point nitrogen injection method is used in the goaf,the effect of deep nitrogen injection is better than that of shallow nitrogen injection.Compared with the single point nitrogen injection method,the multi-point nitrogen injection method in the goaf can achieve better inerting effect on the goaf.Finally,the optimal nitrogen injection scheme of cooperative nitrogen injection through two connecting roadways is determined.
