摘要
为探讨聚丙烯纤维对再生混凝土力学及收缩性能影响,设计了再生粗骨料替代率为0%、30%、50%的混凝土试块,通过针对未掺与掺入1%聚丙烯纤维的再生混凝土进行力学性能以及收缩性能对比分析,得出以下结论:①随着再生粗骨料掺量的增大,未掺或掺入聚丙烯纤维再生混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度均逐渐减小,而吸水率和收缩率则逐渐增大;②随着龄期的增长,未掺或掺入聚丙烯纤维再生混凝土的抗压强度和收缩率均逐渐增大;③在再生混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维能有效改善其力学性能和收缩性能。
In order to discuss the effect of polypropylene fiber on the mechanical and shrinkage properties of recycled concrete,a concrete test block with a replacement rate of 0%,30%and 50%of recycled coarse aggregate was designed in this paper.through the comparative analysis of the mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of recycled concrete without adding 1%polypropylene fiber,the following conclusions are drawn:①With the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content,The compressive strength and bending strength of recycled concrete without or without polypropylene fiber gradually decrease,while the water absorption and shrinkage increase gradually.②With the increase of age,the compressive strength and shrinkage of recycled concrete without or mixed with polypropylene fiber are both.③The mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of recycled concrete can be effectively improved by adding polypropylene fiber into recycled concrete.
